Linguisticaly Plateaued

My linguistic skills must certainly have reached a higher plateau. Lately I’m finding it easier and easier to communicate my point when I have to telephone the dreaded “support “of any of many large corporations / business’.  You know what I mean…….when that extremely distinct accent that has never left Bombay except to go to Delhi answers and glibly introduces himself  as “Mark” or “Tony”.  Well  today “Tony”  expressed the fact that he was “everley” so pleased for the opportunity to helping me. But first we need to access my account….
” But first Sir, to accessing  your account I am needing  your secret pin number”
” I don’t have a pin number”     said I……already feeling that well known anxious feeling that well honed instinct often tells me I’m about to get aggravated.
” Hoo…that is not being a problem Sir, I am asking you the secret question and with the answer we can accessing your account….if you are being ready  …..What street did you grow up on ?”
” That would be Seames Drive ” said I, suddenly relieved that this could go so smoothly……..

” Hoo……that is incorrect….is there being something else we can helping you  with today ? ……there was nothing else, but rest assured….’”Tonys’” linguistic skills have also most certainly reached a higher plateau as well.
I miss English sometimes….sometimes I have to talk to myself just to hear it
