Deceased Mare Gets Flogged Again …

I swear to Christ Almighty I’d love to stop flogging this deceased mare and move on to other stories but it seems I’ll be updating this particular story for the rest of my short life .
We were gearing up early this morning to head out to face the day when I caught an email informing me that my package was out for delivery and that FedEx will be dropping it off before noon . Not expecting a FedEx delivery I just knew this would be just another normality in my abnormal life .

For those not visiting this place regularly I’ll bore the others with a quick recap of an attempted purchase of a truck bed cover for an F150 that was …. tedious .

First one that arrived was too short because it was for a Dodge Ram and not an F150 . The replacement arrived with the order stating it was the appropriate bed cover for an F150 but was in fact carpeting for Crew Cab F250 from a totally different time frame . Returning that unwanted item brought the third delivery which turned to be the carpeting for a Regular Cab F250 forcing me to force the issue .

I made it quite clear on the phone , or so I thought , and in email that it was time to cancel this order in order that I might move on … yet again. And move on I did to the third vendor who did provide me with a toneau cover presently residing over the back of my pickup. Only took me two and a half months and four separate deliveries to make a successful purchase .

It’s quite plain that vendor # two is incapable of reading my emails or comprehending the spoken word because FedEx just dropped of the fifth package in this transaction and the third enabling me to re carpet a 1988 Ford F250 …..

That puts the success rate at 20 % …..
